Engagement Models

A modular approach to working with Ortellis. Each model integrates with your business on its own terms, with a clear scope, defined responsibilities, and room to grow.

Ways to engage

How they relate

Independent by design.
Connected by choice.

Managed Offices and Services are each complete on their own. A Global Capability Center brings the two together as one organization of your own.

Begin with either. A managed office or a Services team can grow into a Global Capability Center if you decide to build a capability of your own.

FAQ

Choosing a model.

01Which model fits us?

Managed Offices if you have the team and need the workplace. A Global Capability Center if you want to build a capability of your own. Services if you want an outcome delivered or a team managed for you.

02Do we have to start with one model and move to another?

No. Managed Offices, Global Capability Centers, and Services are independent engagements. Choose the one that fits your business; none is a required step toward another.

03Can a Services team become part of a GCC?

Yes, by agreement. A managed team or delivery center can move into a Global Capability Center when you decide to build a capability of your own.

04Does a larger Managed Office make it a GCC?

No. Moving from the Launchpad to a dedicated floor is workplace growth. Your team and business stay yours to run.

05How are costs agreed?

Per engagement. Services runs on a fixed fee for scoped projects or on time and materials for managed teams. Managed Offices and GCC terms are agreed in the conversation that follows your enquiry.
