The Launchpad gives your team a fully equipped space within our flagship property from the very first week, while your customized floor is built. Timing for the floor is agreed at the outset.
03What standard is the workplace built to?
Grade A office space in a tower targeting LEED Gold and WELL Silver certification, with interiors designed and built by our in-house team to your global standards.
04How much of the workplace is ours to shape?
Your customized floor, access policies, technology environment, and service standards are configured to your requirements, and then run by us.
05Who do we speak to day to day?
A dedicated operations lead for your account, on site every day, who is the single point of contact for your leadership.
06What happens as our team grows?
You move from the Launchpad to a dedicated floor with the same setup, access, and services, and the workplace expands as your headcount and strategy change.
